Are flights included?
Flights are not included in your trip cost! We can help you find affordable options and connect you with other group members on your same flight!
How much is required to put down for booking?
To pay for your trip, you will put down a down payment to hold your spot. Your spot is not reserved until the down payment has been paid.
Once you have been confirmed we will let you know and add you to our trip GroupMe.
30 days after putting down your deposit we will send you the link to the remainder of your payment.
To complete paying for your trip, you have two options! You can either pay the remaining full amount upfront or use our convenient Afterpay feature. With Afterpay, there’s no need to make a large upfront payment—you can split the cost into four equal, interest-free payments instead. This makes it easy to lock in your trip now and pay over time!
How many spots are there?
There are 12 spots total for this trip, 14 people total including Sara Caroline + Blaine.
What’s the cancelation policy?
Cancellation Window
90+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
60-89 Days Before Departure: Receive a 70% refund of the total trip cost.
30-59 Days Before Departure: Receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund is available due to pre-paid arrangements with vendors and accommodations.
Trip Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that the trip is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, global health concerns, or government restrictions), participants will receive a full refund.
Travel insurance policy:
To ensure a safe and worry-free experience, all travelers attending our group trip are required to purchase travel insurance. This coverage protects you in case of unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.
Travel insurance provides peace of mind, helping to safeguard your investment and ensuring you have the support you need throughout our journey together. Please secure your policy and send us confirmation prior to the trip.
